- Large law firm experience strongly preferred
- Federal court clerkship experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated interest or experience in securities, commodities, or financial litigation
- Strong academic credentials required
- Participation in law review, moot court, or a legal journal required
- Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier accredited law school
- Excellent academic record required
- Active New York bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly)
