The group focuses on providing sophisticated legal counsel in political law compliance and investigations. The practice is strictly nonpartisan and does not represent political candidates or political parties. Associates will support high-level matters involving regulatory compliance, investigations, and advisory work for a diverse client base.
This role is best suited for candidates with prior law firm experience and a strong interest in political law and regulatory frameworks.

- Strong background or demonstrated interest in political law, election law, campaign finance, or government ethics
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong oral and written communication abilities

- Prior experience in a law firm environment strongly preferred
- 0–2 years of relevant legal experience (Class of 2025–2023)
- Experience or coursework in political law, regulatory compliance, or investigations preferred
- Active membership or eligibility for admission to a U.S. State Bar (preferably D.C. Bar or eligibility to waive in)
- Demonstrated academic excellence and strong professional references
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school required
- Strong academic credentials preferred
