Qualifications
  • Experience level: Senior Associate (Class of 2020–2016) or Counsel level
  • Prior experience in the Executive Compensation & Benefits practice at a major law firm
  • Demonstrated experience handling transactional compensation matters
  • High level of academic achievement preferred
  • Admission to the New York State Bar (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
Education
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school required
  • Strong academic record preferred
