The successful candidates will work on complex transactional matters involving executive compensation and employee benefits in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with high-profile clients and cross-functional legal teams on cutting-edge compensation structures and incentive arrangements.

- Strong experience in executive compensation and employee benefits law
- Significant transactional experience (M&A, corporate deals, or similar matters)
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of tax and regulatory frameworks affecting compensation structures
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Experience level: Senior Associate (Class of 2020–2016) or Counsel level
- Prior experience in the Executive Compensation & Benefits practice at a major law firm
- Demonstrated experience handling transactional compensation matters
- High level of academic achievement preferred
- Admission to the New York State Bar (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school required
- Strong academic record preferred
