Qualifications
  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or government agency
  • Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (or eligibility to obtain admission)
  • High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school preferred
  • Prior experience in federal government, regulatory agencies, or law enforcement related to cybersecurity, AI, or privacy matters is highly desirable (including non-legal roles)
Education
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school required
  • Strong academic credentials preferred
