-Reporting to the Testing Site Operational Lead, the Testing Site Navigation Associate makes sure sites are well-prepared to deliver a quality and safe patient experience.
-Navigation Associates administer documents, answer questions, and make sure to disseminate information appropriately.
-Problem-solve in a timely manner and escalate issues to other team members as appropriate
-Communicate with patients in a welcoming and empathetic manner
-Support site-level efforts to maintain a positive patient experience for New Yorkers getting tested for COVID-19.
