Specific Responsibilities: Provide executive leadership financial reporting, planning and forecasting, financial and strategic analysis. Lead the SEC reporting process and implement procedures around this process for the company. Oversee all accounting and financial reporting, including A/R, A/P, Payroll, and Credit. Review the filing of city, state, property, sales, franchise, and income taxes (prepared externally). Lead the forecasting and capital budgeting process. Develop accounting policies and procedures, including SOX and other internal controls. Provide coaching and career development for the group.
