- Strong academic credentials required
- Law review or journal experience preferred
- Federal court or state supreme court clerkship strongly preferred
- Experience at a law firm or similar legal environment preferred
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Strong academic record required
- Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to obtain promptly)
