Our client is seeking an Intellectual Property Attorney with 2–4 years of experience to join its Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising (TCIA) practice. Based in Seattle, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base ranging from innovative startups to Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries.
This team provides comprehensive counsel on trademark, copyright, and online IP matters, including clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and strategic advising. The position offers a dynamic environment where attorneys can develop their expertise while working alongside a collaborative and high-performing team.

- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication and client counseling skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to also work independently
- 2–4 years of experience in trademark, copyright, and/or IP law
- Experience with trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement
- Familiarity with TTAB proceedings and UDRP disputes preferred
- Experience with copyright counseling and prosecution strongly preferred
- Background in a large law firm environment preferred
- Strong academic credentials and proven track record in IP practice
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
