- Strong drafting and negotiation skills in technology transactions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of intellectual property and technology law
- Effective communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
- Business-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital platforms
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in technology transactions or related fields
- Experience drafting and negotiating licensing and technology agreements
- Experience advising on intellectual property matters
- Experience supporting M&A or financing transactions preferred
- Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, or fintech preferred
- Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas preferred:
- Enterprise software and cloud services
- Outsourcing
- Artificial intelligence and blockchain
- Financial technologies and payment systems
- Mobile applications and e-commerce
- Interactive entertainment (including gaming) and digital content
- Hardware technologies
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 50 law firm required
- Strong academic credentials required
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic record required
- Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to obtain promptly)
