  • Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, or fintech preferred
  • Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas preferred:
    • Enterprise software and cloud services
    • Outsourcing
    • Artificial intelligence and blockchain
    • Financial technologies and payment systems
    • Mobile applications and e-commerce
    • Interactive entertainment (including gaming) and digital content
    • Hardware technologies
  • Prior experience at an AmLaw 50 law firm required
  • Strong academic credentials required
Education
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Excellent academic record required
  • Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to obtain promptly)
