The role also involves working with innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain, as well as advising start-ups and emerging companies on product development and commercialization strategies.

- Strong drafting and negotiation skills for technology and licensing agreements
- In-depth knowledge of intellectual property and technology law
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and fintech
- Experience with enterprise software, cloud services, outsourcing, and digital platforms
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 50 law firm required
- Demonstrated experience in technology transactions and related areas
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and professionalism
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials required
