The successful candidate will have at least four years of experience handling technology-focused legal matters, including drafting and negotiating licensing and technology agreements, advising on intellectual property issues, and supporting mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions. The role also involves working with innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain, as well as advising start-ups and emerging companies on product development and commercialization strategies.

- Strong drafting and negotiation skills for technology and licensing agreements
- In-depth knowledge of intellectual property and technology law
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and fintech
- Experience with enterprise software, cloud services, outsourcing, and digital platforms
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 50 law firm required
- Demonstrated experience in technology transactions and related areas
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and professionalism
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials required
