Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal income taxation
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including taxable and tax-free transactions
- Familiarity with debt and equity financings
- Experience with entity formation, including corporations, partnerships, and LLCs
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm preferred
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials required
- Admission to at least one U.S. State Bar (required)
