Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Oversee and supervise spa staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and profitability
- Create and maintain a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided to all spa clients
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa facility
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate spa services with hotel operations
