Reliable Staffing Dallas is now seeking a proven and effective SaaS Product Manager to play a key role in executing Software-as-a-Service value proposition, key messaging, roadmap definition and execution strategies.
Position Requirements:
B.S. Degree in software engineering or computer science. 5+ years of industry experience in Product/Service Management, Engineering, Sales Engineering and/or Project Management. 3+ years of industry experience in Managed Services/SaaS delivery. In-depth knowledge of SaaS and Cloud architectures and deployment approaches. Proven track record of taking a product from inception to multi-million dollars of annual revenue. Sound understanding cyber security threats and experience with information security products, services, and concepts. Solid understanding of PKI and smart-card technology as well as the software authentication landscape. Excellent Customer Service and written and verbal skills. Strong work ethic. Ability to learn quickly. Proven experience with larger system integrators and channels. Experience with system-level software and operating systems useful. Fundamental understanding of other information security technologies/vulnerabilities/vendors useful. Preferred candidate has worked with RSA or VeriSign. Ability to travel 10%.

Position Responsibilities:
Develop service strategy and roadmap for timely delivery and to differentiate the products within target markets and drive revenue generation. Represent the SaaS offerings, working with Sales and key customers or prospects. Continued customer involvement throughout the software development lifecycle, receive customer feedback and pass on to Product Marketing Management. Support planning, organization, and control of the SaaS offering from conceptual stage through product life cycles. Maintain competitive research. Work with Sales, Marketing, QA and Development to coordinate timely and proper product enhancements. Provide internal and customer facing new product features training and demos. Assist in monitoring cyber security market trends and technology developments closely and help translate these into the overall product strategy. Work closely with Product/Corporate Marketing and Marketing Communication by providing input into establishment of effective marketing and sales tools, including demos.
Compensation:
$100-$120,000 annual base salary. Full Benefits Package.
