The practice handles a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, financing, and real estate investment across diverse asset classes.
The group also has a rapidly expanding data center practice, advising on colocation transactions, hyperscaler leasing, and powered land acquisitions and dispositions, serving institutional investors, infrastructure developers, and leading technology companies.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, client-focused, and highly responsive, with the ability to think strategically beyond individual transactions. This role offers significant client interaction, hands-on responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to a nationally recognized practice in a dynamic sector of commercial real estate.

- Familiarity with AI tools, including large language models, document automation, and workflow orchestration (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Minimum of 5 years of transactional real estate experience
- Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions
- Ability to independently manage complex deals from start to finish
- Experience working directly with clients and counterparties
- Exposure to data center or infrastructure-related real estate transactions is a plus
- Prior experience at a large or nationally recognized law firm preferred
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials required
- Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to obtain promptly)
