This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing and growing team at a pivotal time, working on sophisticated real estate matters at the local, national, and global levels. The practice handles a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, financing, and real estate investment across diverse asset classes.

The group also has a rapidly expanding data center practice, advising on colocation transactions, hyperscaler leasing, and powered land acquisitions and dispositions, serving institutional investors, infrastructure developers, and leading technology companies.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, client-focused, and highly responsive, with the ability to think strategically beyond individual transactions. This role offers significant client interaction, hands-on responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to a nationally recognized practice in a dynamic sector of commercial real estate.

Qualifications

  • Exposure to data center or infrastructure-related real estate transactions is a plus
  • Prior experience at a large or nationally recognized law firm preferred
Education
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Strong academic credentials required
  • Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to obtain promptly)
