Our client is seeking a Practice Attorney to join its nationally recognized Product Liability group. This team represents leading consumer brands and aviation product manufacturers in complex, high-stakes litigation, including “bet-the-company” matters and mass tort disputes. The position is open to candidates based in Southern California (Los Angeles or San Diego preferred), with fully remote options available depending on location.

- Strong legal research and writing abilities
- Excellent oral communication and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
- Minimum of 3+ years of product liability or comparable litigation experience
- Experience handling complex litigation or mass tort matters preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Proven ability to work both independently and within a team
- Active bar membership in good standing (California preferred, depending on location)
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
