This non-partnership track role offers a reduced billable hours requirement, a structured training and development program, and immediate integration into a collaborative practice group. Key Responsibilities                                                                                               

• Support private equity transactions and related corporate matter
• Analyze complex legal issues and apply legal principles to client-specific facts
• Draft and review legal documents and transactional materials
• Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality work product
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and firm professionals
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a demanding environment
