A global law firm is seeking entry-level attorneys to join its Private Equity practice in the Atlanta office beginning Fall 2026. This opportunity is intended for current third-year law students with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2026 who are motivated to develop their legal skills and gain exposure to sophisticated private equity matters.
This is a non-partnership track position that includes participation in a comprehensive training and development program, a reduced billable hours requirement, and immediate integration into a collaborative practice group. Attorneys will work on client matters across industries and jurisdictions while contributing to pro bono initiatives that support communities and client causes.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with attorneys, clients, staff, and third parties
- Produce deliverables and respond to correspondence in an efficient and timely manner
- Analyze complex legal issues and apply legal principles to specific factual situations
- Provide timely, accurate, and well-reasoned work product
- Be available as needed to meet client and team demands, including evenings and weekends
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and performance expectations
- Apply sustained concentration for extended periods of time
- Participate in meetings, conference calls, and client engagements
- Travel as required for client matters or business-related activities
- Build professional relationships and anticipate client needs
- Mentor and support junior lawyers and staff
- Comply with all firm policies and practices
