This opportunity involves working closely with the Trust & Estate Planning practice, supporting complex transactions related to the transfer and acquisition of real and personal property in estate planning matters. The role also provides exposure to broader Real Estate and Private Client Services work, including local counsel review and transactional support.
This is a non-partnership track, hourly position offering flexibility and the chance to work on sophisticated legal matters at both local and national levels.

- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
- Expertise in real estate transactions and documentation
- Knowledge of tax implications in estate and property transfers
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate transactions
- Experience with acquisition and disposition of property
- Familiarity with trusts, estate planning structures, or investment vehicles (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to review and assess risk in legal documents
- Strong academic credentials and professional references
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Washington State Bar (required)
