- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to client service
- 4–7 years of litigation experience
- Experience or strong interest in class action litigation, particularly privacy class actions
- Familiarity with privacy-related statutes and claims, such as:
- CIPA (California Invasion of Privacy Act)
- VPPA (Video Privacy Protection Act)
- TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
- BIPA (Biometric Information Privacy Act)
- Privacy-based UCL claims and similar causes of action
- Experience at a top-tier law firm (AmLaw experience preferred)
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to case strategy and legal analysis
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
