Description

A leading global law firm seeks a Practice Innovation Attorney to support the adoption and implementation of advanced legal technology and AI tools within its Asset Management practice, including private funds, registered funds, and regulatory specialties. This role partners with practice leaders to drive innovation in attorney workflows, enhance client service delivery, and improve internal efficiency and knowledge access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with practice leaders to identify and enhance legal workflows using AI and advanced technology tools.
  • Evaluate and implement solutions supporting fund formation, regulatory compliance, investor matters, board processes, document drafting, and workflow automation.
  • Lead pilot programs, technology rollouts, training initiatives, and adoption strategies.
  • Develop training materials and provide hands-on support to attorneys and business professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal IT, innovation, and knowledge management teams to align technology initiatives.
  • Contribute to precedent development, templates, and knowledge resources.
  • Support client-facing innovation initiatives and business development efforts.
  • Monitor legal technology trends and evolving client expectations.
