Candidates with degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, or similar technical fields are strongly preferred. - Strong litigation and case management skills
- Experience with patent disputes and intellectual property litigation
- Ability to analyze complex technical concepts and legal issues
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Minimum of 3+ years of patent litigation experience
- Technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field preferred
- Experience handling complex litigation matters
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field preferred
- Excellent academic credentials required
