Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in M&A transactions
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm required

- Strong work ethic and commitment to client service
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials required
- Active bar admission in at least one relevant jurisdiction (or eligibility to obtain admission)
