**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our medical staff and assist in patient care.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with patient examinations and procedures.
- Record patient history and personal information.
- Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program.
- Certification preferred (e.g., CMA, RMA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Experience Required**:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in clinical procedures such as taking vital signs, administering injections, and assisting with examinations.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Experience in a specialty area (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics).
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Previous customer service experience in a healthcare environment.
