The M&A Associate will work on sophisticated transactional matters involving public and private company acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, and strategic investments. The role requires strong deal execution skills and the ability to collaborate across corporate, finance, tax, and regulatory teams. Lateral hires participate in an enhanced mentor program designed to support experienced attorneys through professional transitions and integration.

- Strong experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions (public and private)
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage complex transactions from inception to closing
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across practice areas
- Excellent attention to detail and commercial judgment
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Mid-level associate experience (Class of 2020–2021)
- Broad M&A transactional experience required
- Prior experience at a peer or similarly ranked law firm strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle sophisticated corporate transactions
- Strong academic achievement preferred
- Proven ability to work effectively in team-based environments
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school required
- Strong academic credentials preferred
