The M&A Associate will work on sophisticated transactional matters involving public and private company acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, and strategic investments. Lateral hires participate in an enhanced mentor program designed to support experienced attorneys through professional transitions and integration.

  • Strong academic achievement preferred
  • Proven ability to work effectively in team-based environments
Education
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school required
  • Strong academic credentials preferred
