Reliable Staffing Washington DC is seeking an associate from law school classes 2018-2022 with experience in environmental litigation matters (civil preferred) at the federal level. An ideal candidate has government-side enforcement experience related to environmental or similar issues, the ability to analyze complex and technical regulatory schemes, an understanding of enforcement approaches used by federal agencies and/or the Department of Justice to enforce federal environmental requirements, and a solid foundation in environmental and administrative law concepts. The role is expected to provide for direct client contact and requires independence and an ability to manage and complete projects with minimal direct supervision. Candidates must be self-starters who have strong academic credentials and research and writing skills.
The annual compensation range for this position currently is between $260,000 and $420,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
