Reliable Staffing Houston are seeking candidates in law school class years 2019 to 2022 for our highly-regarded sponsor side private equity fund formation practice.  Candidates must have significant experience in advising sponsors on the formation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds, including knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.  The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated proficiency in drafting and negotiating fund documentation, managing investor negotiations, and counseling clients on ongoing compliance obligations.  Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $260,000 and $390,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
