Reliable Staffing New York is seeking an associate in law school class years 2019 through 2022 to join our Business Restructuring & Reorganization team. Candidate should have significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with liability management transactions. The practice is a mix of creditor, debtor, and distressed acquisition work. Our market leading creditor side practice contains high profile, top of the capital structure representations, including representing hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings. On the debtor side, high profile chapter 11 cases, including cross-border cases, and out of court restructurings. Preference for NY office.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $260,000 and $390,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
