The annual compensation range for this position currently is between $260,000 and $365,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Law School class of 2020-2022 preferred
The ideal candidate will have substantive experience litigating ERISA class actions, including matters involving fiduciary duty claims, excessive fee litigation, and other complex employee benefits disputes for defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans.
