Reliable Staffing is seeking a skilled and highly qualified associate for a leading global law firm that is exceptional at crafting creative legal strategies. We are seeking an intellectual self-starter that is ready to join our litigation team. Ideal candidate should have a strong interest in and/or prior exposure to state/federal litigation practice.  Our firm has a broad, cutting-edge, and cross-functional litigation practice and welcomes candidates with experiences across the litigation spectrum (e.g., oil and gas, energy, fiduciary litigation, employment, privacy, antitrust, securities, etc.). Primary responsibilities include researching and drafting motions and briefs, participating in all aspects of discovery, and case/client management.  Deposition, hearing and trial experience are beneficial.

The annual compensation range for this position currently is between $365,00 and $420,000.  The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.  Benefits offered for this position include health care; retirement benefits; paid days off, including sick time, and vacation time; parental leave; basic life insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts; as well as discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
