This role is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong litigation and counseling experience to join a sophisticated and collaborative practice group handling high-impact employment matters for a diverse client base across industries.

The group advises employers on a wide range of workplace issues, combining complex litigation, regulatory matters, and day-to-day counseling. Qualifications

  • Active membership in the California State Bar (required)
  • 2–6 years of experience in labor & employment law
  • Experience in employment litigation and/or counseling/advisory work
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and California employment laws
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Education
  • Juris Doctor (JD) required from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Strong academic credentials preferred
