Incoming associates will join the Labor & Employment group and support attorneys on a variety of employment law matters, including counseling, litigation support, and workplace compliance issues. The firm offers a structured hybrid model, with in-office work from Monday through Thursday and designated remote work periods throughout the year.

- Current 3L student graduating in 2026 (Class of 2026)
- Strong academic performance preferred
- Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law (coursework, internships, or clinics)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment
- Prior legal internship or clerkship experience preferred but not required
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) expected in 2026 from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials preferred
