- Strong legal writing and analytical skills

- 4–7 years of employment law experience
- Experience in employment litigation, including depositions and court appearances
- Background at an AmLaw 100 firm preferred
- Experience with:
- Wage and hour matters
- Single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits
- Client counseling on employment law compliance
- Preferred experience drafting:
- Summary judgment and other dispositive motions
- Motions to compel arbitration
- Discovery documents
- Class certification opposition materials
- Settlement agreements and employment-related agreements (offer letters, separation agreements, arbitration agreements, PIIAs)
- Federal clerkship experience is a plus
- Experience with labor due diligence in M&A transactions is highly preferred
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials required
- Active bar admission in California (or ability to obtain promptly)
