Qualifications
  • 4–7 years of experience in labor and employment law
  • Demonstrated experience in employment litigation, including depositions and court appearances
  • Experience handling single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits, particularly wage and hour matters
  • Experience with drafting dispositive motions and complex legal documents
  • Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm preferred
  • Federal clerkship experience is a plus
  • Experience advising clients on employment compliance and workplace issues preferred
  • Experience with labor and employment aspects of M&A transactions highly preferred
Education
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Strong academic credentials required
  • Admission to the Washington State Bar (required)
