Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in labor and employment law
- Demonstrated experience in employment litigation, including depositions and court appearances
- Experience handling single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits, particularly wage and hour matters
- Experience with drafting dispositive motions and complex legal documents
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm preferred
- Federal clerkship experience is a plus
- Experience advising clients on employment compliance and workplace issues preferred
- Experience with labor and employment aspects of M&A transactions highly preferred
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials required
- Admission to the Washington State Bar (required)
