Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in labor and employment law
- Demonstrated experience handling motions, discovery, and depositions independently
- Experience with employment counseling and litigation
- Familiarity with government agency proceedings (EEOC, DOL, etc.)
- Experience advising on employment issues in M&A transactions is a plus
- Traditional labor law experience preferred but not required
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials required
- Admission to the New York State Bar (required)
