Qualifications

- Experience supporting or working within transactional practice groups preferred
- Exposure to Banking, Corporate, or other complex transactional areas strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with legal technology or process improvement initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Law firm experience preferred
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school preferred (or equivalent legal training/experience)
- Strong academic credentials preferred
