Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or working within transactional practice groups preferred
  • Exposure to Banking, Corporate, or other complex transactional areas strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with legal technology or process improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Law firm experience preferred
Education
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school preferred (or equivalent legal training/experience)
  • Strong academic credentials preferred
