Qualifications
- 4–6 years of relevant experience (Class of 2022–2020)
- Prior experience at a major law firm strongly preferred
- Experience in life sciences transactions required or highly preferred
- Active member of the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive in required
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex transactional matters
- High level of academic achievement preferred
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school required
- Strong academic record preferred
