Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of government contracts experience (law firm, government, or industry)
- Significant experience leading bid protests before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and GAO
- Proven experience managing complex legal matters and teams
- Experience with False Claims Act investigations and compliance issues
- Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations, disclosures, and contractor compliance requirements
- Prior clerkship at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (preferred)
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing (DC Bar preferred or ability to waive in)
