Skills
- Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 50 lbs.
- Assist skilled tradespeople and operators with daily tasks and project execution.
- Load and unload trucks, deliveries, and supply shipments efficiently.
- Maintain site cleanliness by sweeping, clearing debris, and removing potential safety hazards.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively after proper training.
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Setup and teardown work zones, ladders, scaffolding, or temporary structures.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and strength to stand, bend, and lift for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic with a track record of reliability and punctual attendance.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and foremen.
- Team player mentality with a positive attitude and readiness to help where needed.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in construction, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
