Description
A leading global law firm is seeking experienced attorneys to join its fully integrated Asset Management Practice Group as Funds Attorneys. This dedicated team of 20+ attorneys (with 5–20 years of experience) focuses exclusively on specialized fund investment transactions for the firm’s investor client base. This is a 100% remote, hourly-based position for billable work, open to attorneys with backgrounds in asset management, private equity transactions, tax, securities, litigation, or related areas—including those interested in transitioning into asset management law.
