Qualifications

  • Prior experience drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation
  • Familiarity with UCC and secured transactions strongly preferred
  • Prior law firm experience at a reputable firm preferred
  • Strong academic performance required
Education
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Strong academic credentials required
  • Active bar membership in good standing (Illinois preferred or ability to waive in)
