Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land use and environmental law
- Experience with California Planning and Zoning Law, including entitlement processes
- Substantive experience with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
- Knowledge of the Subdivision Map Act and California housing development laws (e.g., Housing Accountability Act, Density Bonus Law, SB 330)
- Familiarity with real estate transactional documents and title review
- Prior experience at a reputable law firm preferred
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials required
- Admission to the California State Bar (required)
