This role involves a diverse mix of transactional and regulatory work, including negotiating sophisticated power purchase agreements and energy service agreements, advising on electric market design within major RTOs/ISOs, representing clients in proceedings before federal regulatory bodies, and counseling on evolving energy policy and carbon-free energy strategies.

- Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment
- Admission to practice (or eligibility to waive in) in the relevant jurisdiction
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials required
