This dynamic practice represents innovative companies and their founders throughout all stages of the business lifecycle, including formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. The team also advises venture capital and other investment funds. Clients range from early-stage startups to established, multi-billion-dollar technology companies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in math and strong Excel skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant corporate or transactional experience, preferably at a comparable law firm
- Experience with emerging companies, venture capital, or general corporate matters preferred
- Ability to manage relationships with clients, counsel, and internal teams
- Demonstrated interest in startup and venture capital ecosystems
- Strong academic credentials and professional references required
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic record required
- Active New York bar admission required
