Reliable Staffing Houston is seeking an Emergency Room Nurse Manager. The Emergency Room Nurse Manager will manage a 44-bed Level III trauma center with approximately 40,000 patient visits a year. The Nurse Manager has approximately 45 FTE direct reports, including 4 Assistant Nurse Managers, a Nurse Clinician and staff consisting of RNs, EMT/Paramedics and Unit Clerks. You will demonstrate leadership by working collaboratively to promote customer service and patient satisfaction. Participates in staff development, educational programs and orientations.

Requirements include: BSN required, Masters Degree preferred. Masters Degree will be required by 2013 due to Magnet designation. Minimum two years ER nursing management experience in a Level I or II trauma center. Minimum five years ER nursing experience.
Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Salary: $67,000+.
