We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical installations and repairs, particularly in commercial settings. The Journeyperson Electrician will work on various construction sites, ensuring that all electrical work is completed efficiently and in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout and installation procedures.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete electrical tasks.
Conduct tests using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues.
Ensure compliance with NEC regulations and safety standards on all job sites.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices or less experienced electricians as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Proficient in using power tools and hand tools relevant to electrical work.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage applications.
Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of site safety practices.
Ability to read and understand schematics and technical documentation accurately.
Familiarity with NEC regulations and standards for commercial electrical installations.
Previous experience as a commercial electrician or maintenance person is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Must have Texas Journeyman License A
