Job Summary: This position in Houston is accountable to manage the development and maintenance of the Operating Budget and long-range financial plan. Additionally, this position has oversight responsibility for financial analysis, including, but not limited to, cost analysis as it relates to improving the overall profitability of the organization.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Oversees the hiring, training and supervision of Associates in order to ensure the retention of a competent staff. Oversees the development and maintenance of the 5-Year Financial Plan as a living document incorporating marketing projections and business plans. Oversees the development of the Operating Budget. This includes incorporating Position Control, productivity and departmental expense. Directs the implementation and execution of a flexible budget in conjunction with a dynamic variance process. Develops the methodology to be used for defining variable, fixed, direct and indirect costs relative to operational budgeting, productivity reporting and cost analysis. Responsible for providing financial analysis in support of improving overall profitability for the organization.
