- Strong background in corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, or distressed transactions
- Substantial company-side restructuring experience strongly preferred
- Additional experience representing lenders, creditors, or financial institutions preferred
- Familiarity with liability management transactions and complex capital structures
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong academic record and demonstrated excellence in legal practice
Qualifications
- Experience level: Class of 2018–2021
- Prior experience in the restructuring practice of a peer law firm strongly preferred
- Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic performance required
