This position involves working on sophisticated restructuring matters, including both in-court and out-of-court engagements. The ideal candidate will bring experience representing company-side and buy-side clients, including Section 363 transactions and plan sponsorship, along with exposure to liability management transactions and creditor/lender representations. - 2–6 years of experience (Class of 2022–2018) in corporate restructuring
- Proficiency in both in-court and out-of-court restructuring matters
- Experience with company-side and buy-side representations preferred
- Familiarity with Section 363 transactions, plan sponsorship, and liability management transactions
- Experience with lender/creditor representations is a plus
- Background at a peer law firm required
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials required
- Active bar membership in good standing (Illinois preferred or ability to waive in)
